BASIC DELIVERY INFORMATION
We understand that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly. We also know that you want to save money, so you'll find free shipping on the purchase of 1000 and above.
Delivery charge varies with destination.
After credit approval and shipment, delivery can take up to 2-7 business days depending on where you want delivery of the product. We do our best to provide you with accurate shipping and delivery times on all our products. Please note that these times are estimates only. Shipping and delivery estimates are not a guarantee.
 
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SHIPPINGTIME AND DELIVERY TIME?
Shipping refers to the time taken to obtain the item(s), packing and dispatching. You will find a shipping timeline on the products displayed on our site (E.g. Ships within 2-3 days). This refers to the number of working days it will take to dispatch the product from our end.

The delivery may take few more days depending on the address and the courier company used.

The shipping and delivery time excludes public holidays and Sundays falling during the estimated shipping and delivery dates.

HOW DO I TAKE ADVANTAGE OF FREE SHIPPING?
·         We provide free delivery on orders valued at 1000 rupees or more.
·         A shipping charge of 150 rupess will apply if your product cart value is less than 1000 rupees.
·         This is applicable for all the products and if shipping to a single Indian address.
·         For some special product or order, handling fees may still apply.
·         You will not receive FREE shipping on your order if any eligible items are canceled, bringing the total below 1000 rupees.
·         A few items may not be eligible for FREE shipping.
·         Cancelling items, combining orders, or changing your shipping address, speed, or preference might affect your order's eligibility for Free Shipping.
·         Delivery time may be affected in case of an address change on an order which has already been shipped in this case you have to bear the overall delivery charges.
·         We reserve the right to change or discontinue FREE Shipping at any time.
 
WHY VIABLE INDIA DOES NOT SHIP TO MY AREA.
Please enter your pincode on the product page (you don't have to enter it every single time) to know whether the product can be delivered to your location).
If you haven't provided your pincode until the checkout stage, the pincode in your shipping address will be used to check for serviceability of all products you view.
Whether your location can be serviced or not depends on
·         Whether courier partners ships to your location
·         Legal restrictions, if any, in shipping particular products to your location
·         The availability of reliable courier partners in your location
 
HOW CAN I KNOW THE STATUS OF MY ORDER(S)?
·         Registered users can check the order details by clicking on "My Orders".
·         Next page will show you all your existing and previous orders placed during the past 3 months. To view older orders, you may select the Start & End Date and click on "Go".
·         Click on the Purchase ID you want to know about.
·         Guest users can check the order details by clicking on "Track Order".
·         Enter your Email Address and the Purchase ID and click on "Track" button below.
·         You can review your order details on the next page.
 
HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
·         If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our Customer Support team and let us know the reason for it.
·         Our Subject Matter Experts will review the reason for your cancellation request and try to resolve the objective if possible.
·         If you still do not wish to continue with your order, we’ll cancel it without any further delay.
·         Once the order is cancelled, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email ID.
 
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS A CANCELLATION REQUEST?
Once we receive a cancellation request, it will take maximum 48 hours to cancel the order. You will be notified of the same.
In case your order has been "Shipped", we may take your cancellation request; however, we shall be able to process refund once we receive the cancelled items back from the courier.
If you opt for store credit as a refund, it will take 1-2 working days. You can use the amount for future purchases with us.
However, if you opt for having the money transferred back to the source of transaction, while we process the refund immediately and notify your bank, it usually takes up to 7-10 business days for your bank to process the refund and the same to reflect in your account. Please get in touch with the banks directly in case of any delays post confirmation of cancellation/refund by us.
 
WHY DID VIABLE INDIA CANCEL MY ORDER?
Your order can be cancelled due to any of the below reasons:
·         Technical issues related to pricing information.
·         Non-availability of the product(s).
·         Payment problem identified by Fraud Detection Department.
Note: We may put additional checks and verifications or seek more information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or a part of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.
 
CAN I ADD ITEMS AND COMBINE ORDERS AFTER I HAVE PLACED AN ORDER?
We currently do not allow the facility of adding or combining orders once they have been placed. You need to talk to customer support in case of orders that have not been shipped, you may cancel the order and place another one.
 
HOW WILL I KNOW THAT MY ORDER IS CANCELLED?
You shall receive an automated e-mail once the order is cancelled. You can also check the Cancellation status by visiting "My order" segment under "My account" section. Usually, it takes upto 48 hours to process cancellation.
 
WHAT IS VIABLE INDIA’S RETURN POLICY?
All products sold on VIABLE INDIA are brand new and 100% genuine. We offer easy replacement for all products sold on viableindia.in under certain conditions which are mentioned below:
·         In case of any manufacturing defect, customers may notify us within 48 hours from the delivery. However, in case of transit damages, the issue has to be reported within 24 hours. After which we may not be able to accept the complaint.
·         We may ask you to share the images of the product and the internal & external packaging material.
·         Once we agree to replace, then we will replace the defective/damaged product with a brand new product at no extra cost.
·         VIABLE INDIA will try to replace the specific product ordered. However, the company reserves the right to offer an alternate product in case the product is Out of Stock or Discontinued by the manufacturer.
·         Return policy is not valid for perishable products. If one comes across any issue with these products, they are advised to contact our customer support team within 24 hours. We will try to resolve the complaint in the best possible manner; however, it’s not guaranteed that we’ll be able to provide replacement/refund request.
·         Damages due to normal wear & tear and negligence on part of the customer is not returnable at all.
 
FOLLOWING ARE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR RETURN/REPLACEMENT:
·         Products must be in their original condition.
·         Only unused, unaltered, unsoiled products with their original tags will be accepted.
·         Brand packaging should be intact. Do not paste anything or use any adhesive based tape on the original packaging. If needed, you may put it in a plastic bag and then stick over it.
·         Replacements will be made basis availability of that product on the website.
·         Brand's policy shall apply for specific branded product. We source branded products and these products are bound by brand policies of repair, exchange, refunds and cancellations thereby binding the customer with the same.
 
I WANT TO RETURN A FAULTY/DAMAGED PRODUCT, HOW DO I PROCEED?
Please follow the below mentioned steps :
·         Click clear images of the product showing damages.
·         Email us the images.
·         Explain the exact detail of the damage/defect and the status of the package that you received.
