How do I pay using a Credit card?
We accept all VISA, MasterCard and American Express Credit cards.
To pay using your Credit card, you will need your Credit card number, Card expiry date, 3 digit CVV number (Card Verification Value - found on the back side of your Credit card) and online 3D secure password.
After entering the card number, expiry date and CVV number on VIABLE INDIA, you will be redirected to the Bank's page for entering the online 3D secure password.

How do I pay using a Debit card?
We accept Debit cards of all banks in India. To pay using your Debit card, you will need to enter your Debit card number, Card expiry date (optional for Maestro cards), 3 digit CVV number (optional for Maestro cards) on VIABLE INDIA. You will then be redirected to your Bank's page for entering your online password (issued to you by your Bank) to complete the payment.

What does the different order status mean?
Payment Pending Authorization: Your order has been logged and we are waiting for authorization from the payment gateway.
·         Payment Confirmed: We have received authorization from the payment gateway and are processing your order.
·         Order Shipped: Your order has been shipped out from our warehouse and is on its way to your delivery location.
·         Order Cancelled: The order was canceled.
When and how can I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order before it leaves our Warehouse .You can do so by calling us with the order number.

What is the estimated delivery time?
The estimated time of delivery is mentioned in the Item Description Page (where you can see the details of each item). It may differ from one item to another.
How will the delivery be done?
We process all deliveries through reputed courier partners. Alternatively, you can get in touch with our customer service team to an alternate delivery location that is serviced by our courier partners.
Why does the estimated delivery time vary from product to product?
Estimated times vary with the area you live in, warehouse from which this product is being shipped from, as well as whether it is in-stock or not. Here's what this means." If a product is in stock with us, then depending on where you live, & warehouse from it is getting shipped, we can deliver to you within 3 days or 5 days. This will be clearly mentioned in your order confirmation email. If a product has the label: "Coming soon - preorder" --- we will let you know as soon as it reaches us, and we have shipped it to you. If a product has the label: "Notify me" --- we will let you know as soon as we have it back in stock. The delivery time will then depend on when you place the order
How will my item be packaged?
All items are carefully packaged so as to avoid any form of damage. We ensure the package is water proof with plastic wrap and fragile items are safely secured with bubble wrap.
What should I do if I find my product has been opened or tampered with upon delivery?
If you feel the package has been tampered or opened, do not accept it from the courier. Call us immediately on our helpline number.
How can I track the delivery of my order?
All VIABLE INDIA items are delivered through reputed courier partners - who will provide you with a Tracking ID for your order by which you can track your delivery on the respective websites of our courier partners and on viableindia.in as well.
What is your Return Policy
An item may be eligible for return within the return window of 48 hours of delivery if it fulfills one or more of the following conditions:
Was delivered in a physically damaged condition
Has missing parts or accessories
Is different from what was ordered
Request for return must be made within 48 hours of delivery and product must reach the prescribed address within 14 days of requesting the return
Costumer must bear the responsibility of return of the product.
Courier charges will be refunded in the form of VI credit points.
Stationery products cannot be returned.
All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, user manual, warranty cards, original accessories and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you.
No, duplicate products must be returned, in case of returning duplicate products in place of original products no refund will be made, added the applicant may be sue for doing so.
Refund will be initiated once the returned product is with VIABLE INDIA. Refund will be done in 7-10 working days. In your account.
I received a defective item from VIABLE INDIA - How do I get it replaced? OR I received an incorrect order. What can I do?
You notify us of any defects in the product or incorrectly shipped at the time of delivery or within 48 hours of receipt of the product. You can either email our Customer Service team atinfo@viableindia.in or call us on +918949873872. So, your request could be processed.
My product was damaged in transit. What should I do?
At the point of delivery, if the package seems to have been tampered with i.e. VIABLE INDIA tape is broken / missing, please do not accept the order.
I want to cancel an order (I have not yet received it).

Are the products I purchase on VIABLE INDIA covered by a warranty/guarantee?
At VIABLE INDIA, we work hard to select only reputable brands/shops and vendors for you. If they offer a Warranty on a product, we pass on the same to you. For most product lines, however, there is no manufacturer's warranty

Does VIABLE INDIA deliver internationally?
VIABLE INDIA doesn't deliver items internationally. You are more than welcome to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world, but you'll have to ensure the delivery address is within India.
